This IDC study highlights the results of the fifth annual Enterprise VoIP Survey conducted by IDC in conjunction with InfoWorld magazine. Completed in May and June 2008, this was a Web-based survey of readers of InfoWorld, 90% of whom were located in the and Canada. This study focuses on the results of questions about how U.S. enterprises are buying their IP telephony systems and services.

"Again in 2008, we can see how the increasing attention and hype around is affecting how customers select telephony systems and services," states Nora Freedman, senior analyst, Enterprise Networks. This book may contain less than 24 pages of technical content.
