This IDC study presents the findings around the VoIP services market, including managed, IP Centrex, SIP trunking solutions, and contact centers, in this year's U.S. WAN Manager Survey. The survey focuses on companies of all sizes, yet results are broken out by less than 100, 100-499, 500-999, 1,000-4,999, and 5,000+ employees.
"IDC's WAN Manager Survey provides good insight into the growing trend toward enterprise voice over IP services," says Carrie MacGillivray, senior research analyst, Enterprise Mobility and IP Communications Services. "VoIP over IP VPN remains the preferred connectivity method for businesses of all sizes."
