TRA sets conditions to access FLAG station
01 August 2010 Following the Kingdom's major push to create a greater competition in broadband market, achieving direct access to international capacity for all operators has emerged as one of the key pillars to encourage competition, a senior official at the Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA) said yesterday.
